ScreenShotly is provided by TODAUD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We designed the app to work entirely on your device, and we do not collect, store, share, or sell personal data. We do not operate our own servers, and we do not track analytics or usage. All editing and export happen on‑device; images you import or create remain on your device unless you choose to share them. The app may request access to your photo library solely to import screenshots and save edited images. Purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play; we do not receive your payment card details, and you should review the store provider’s terms and privacy policies for how they process your information. Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete; if you have questions, contact us at contact@todaud.kr. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.

By using ScreenShotly you agree to these terms. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store. You retain all rights to images and content you import or create; we do not claim ownership and we do not access your content. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app. Some features may be offered via paid subscriptions or purchases; billing, renewal, trials, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and their policies apply; you can manage or cancel in your store account settings. The app and its code, design, and assets are owned by TODAUD and protected by law. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent allowed by law, TODAUD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the app. We may update the app or these terms at any time; continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections in your region.
